I woke up this morning to find a sausage biscuit on the table beside me. A gentleman across the waiting room came over and said that someone from North Carolina Church of Christ had brought those by to everyone in the waiting room and had made sure to put one beside me for when I woke up. I almost cried. The littlest things can mean so much. I am so thankful God sends people to do little great...

That is all that is left of 2010. In seven minutes, it will be a completely new year. As I sit curled up in my chair/bed for the night in the waiting room of the icu at the hospital, it’s hard to wrap my mind around the fact that this is it. Most likely before I’m even done writing this, 2010 will be gone, and my new life in 2011 will have begun.
